Free tracked shipping on every order across Canada. You receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.
Orders are prepared quickly and shipped from our facility. Please allow roughly 7 to 14 business days for delivery, depending on your province.
Returns
You have 90 days from delivery to change your mind. To start a return, simply email us.
The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging, unopened and unsealed. Return shipping is at your expense.
One exception to know before you order
This is a device intended for health-related use. Once the sealed packaging is opened, the product can no longer be returned for hygiene reasons: a device that comes into contact with the face and airway cannot be resold after opening.
Please make sure the product suits your needs before unsealing it. If you're unsure, email us before opening, we reply quickly.
Defective product
If the product arrives damaged or not as described, we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or refund. Let us know as soon as possible with a photo.
